A VA (virtual assistant) is a concept that I heard about years ago, I can't remember when or where. But it stuck with me, and over many years became a dream of mine.
What I came to realise is that a VA is a relatively new concept and something which many people don't fully understand. One of the big parts of starting my business was educating people on what a VA is, what they do, and how they might be able to help you. A simple way to explain it was to name 3 tasks which a VA could help you to do within your business.
